Where is Dari Living located?
Dari Living is located at 4341 14th Street, Plano, Texas 75074, with easy access to the surrounding community. Everyday conveniences are just minutes away, including Epic Market, Haraz Coffee House, Wrap Bites, and Kroger, along with pharmacies, restaurants, and medical offices nearby.
Is Dari Living open to residents of all faiths and backgrounds?
Yes. Dari Living is open to residents of all faiths and backgrounds. Our community is built on the principles of Respect, Modesty, and Belonging.
Has Dari Living opened?
The community is not yet open. Planned opening is Q1 2028. Dari Living is currently accepting reservations, with limited space available. Schedule an appointment to learn more.
Residences
What residence types are available?
We offer studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences ranging from 565 to 1,384 square feet. Explore the Floor Plans page for detailed layouts.
Are residences furnished?
Yes, but only in the rental option. Residences are fully furnished as part of the inclusive rent; ownership residences are not furnished.
Pricing & Rent
What's included in the monthly rent?
Inclusive monthly pricing covers a furnished residence, meal plan, weekly housekeeping, utilities, internet, shuttle services, concierge, fitness center, daily activities, and maintenance-free living.
What is the starting monthly rate?

Ownership
Is condominium ownership available?
Yes. Condominium ownership is offered as a premium long-term option. Personalized ownership plans, financing pathways, and purchase opportunities are shared privately during a consultation with the Dari Living team.
Why aren't ownership prices published on the website?
Because ownership decisions are deeply personal, we discuss availability, financing, and pricing during a one-to-one consultation, tailored to each prospective owner.

What amenities are on-site?
Over 50,000 sq ft of amenity spaces including rooftop gardens, a 24/7 fitness center, refined dining, lounges, library, tea room, foyer, concierge, and 24/7 security.
Is transportation available?
Yes. Scheduled shuttle services are available for appointments, houses of worship, and daily needs.
Who leads the activities and programs?
Full-time Dari Lifestyle Directors curate the daily calendar, wellness programs, social events, fitness classes, and cultural moments.

Can family and friends visit?
Absolutely. Our lounges, dining, and communal spaces are designed for hosting family and friends. Families are integral to the Dari Living community.
